A pause for yourself
Set aside a few screen-free minutes to read, listen to music or look outside. Choose what suits you without setting a target.
A long list of good resolutions can quickly become another burden. At GLOMA, we begin with your daily life: your interests, circumstances and the time you actually have.
Guidance provided by GLOMA, under the responsibility of founder Sandrine Amaranto.

Choose a specific moment: coming home, making a meal or taking a break between activities. Ask yourself what you need then: calm, movement, enjoyment or simply fewer things to manage.

Set aside a few screen-free minutes to read, listen to music or look outside. Choose what suits you without setting a target.

Find an activity you enjoy and can do at your own pace, within your possibilities. A first conversation can help clarify the kind of support you are looking for.

Choose a familiar recipe, prepare the ingredients and set aside time to cook. The aim can be enjoyment or organisation, with no imposed diet.

Take time for a care practice you already know and tolerate well. Before trying new natural products, discuss their uses and precautions with a qualified practitioner.

Try one small step at a time you choose. After a few days, notice what was easy or difficult. You can shorten, move or replace the routine: what matters is finding a place for it that suits you.
If it is hard to choose a starting point, or you want a framework to try and adapt things, GLOMA offers individual programmes and a small group. Practices are clarified with you according to your needs and the practitioners involved.
